In inches, waist 30, mouth 12, and length 36-37. The label says it is 13; I do not understand that number, so I used a tape rule to measure it in inches.

Melissaingram5209, I wish I could tell you that it wont be tight for you. But unfortunately, I cannot. Sorry about that.

However, I measure the thigh for you just where the legs seperate and it measures 20inches.
