The listing, Pretty Plus Size Dress has ended.

Real pretty plus size summer dress. I wore it for just a few hours to a wedding so it is like new. It is a Cato Brand size XL measurement from top of shoulder to bottom of hem is 40" and from arm pit to arm pit is 22". It has a little stretch to it. This dress is from a smoke/pet free home. If you have any problems please let me know before leaving negative feedback and i will try and correct. Be sure to check out my other auctions and happy bidding. Thanks.

I wear a size 18/20 and it still fits me but i like loose clothing better. So yes it probably would fit a size 17

The measurements are in the auction description. It is 40 " from top of shoulder to bottom of hem. Thanks and fanned you.
