New In Package ~

Arbogast (Bait of Champions!!!)

By FAR my favorite top water hardbait.

Don't you just love the way it sounds as it is hoping across the water? Almost as good as it sounds when a bass strikes it ~ almost!

This little guy has a 1 1/4" body and measures a full three inches from tip to tip!

White tail ~~~

Hi Blindman,

Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching! Right back at you on fanned!

I see from visiting your auction page that you are from Scotland Neck. Is the body of water behind you in your icon a pond, lake (Gaston?), river or the sound? Just curious where you do your fishing really. Nice icon by the way. We have a pond right in front of our house. I was planning on doing my photo of this lure in front of the pond so it would be more eye catching but time got away from me (or I should say sunlight) and I didn't do the posting until night time. So, perhaps next time I put a lure up for auction I will time it right to get the pond in the photo!

Good luck to you, if you decide to bid.

I think my icon picture is of me in front of the pond right behind my house, but I live in between the Tar river and the Ronoke River and beside Fishing Creek and Swift Creek and I am 100% blind so I don't get out a whole lot but to the pond behind my house but I mostly fish for Large mouth bass and cat fish and shad and rock fish and some crappie and brim and stuff like that and I hope to win this great lure from you to add to my bass arsenal and hope to see some more great baits to try and win from you.

Hi Blindman,

Thanks for your comment. I am wowed by you about fishing. I find it very fascinating that you are 100% blind and still you fish. I guess you are just really good at feeling the line moving. But, I would think it would be a little tricky landing catfish. I am very hesitant when handling them with 100% sight. You are my hero if you are handling them blind without getting poked or stuck or whatever that is called. (I am going to send you the rest of this privately as it won't let me post such a long comment. Go to your emails to hear the rest of my fishing story!)

Yes Ma'am it is kinda tricky and I use a bottom rig to catch the catfish and my reel has a clicker on it so when I hear it clicking I grab and snatch and hold on lol me and a friend went to Gardners Creek a few weeks ago and I caught a 32lbs catfish and my friend really out did me he caught a 57lbs catfish and if I told you some of the stuff I have done since becomeing blind in Jan. of 2010 it would really blow your mind

I think you are right. My mind would be blown. 32 & 57 lbs. I would not want to have to handle those myself. You can have them. I'll have to ask my husband if he has ever fished in your area before. The closest I know of is when he and a friend put in at the little marshy tributaries near the coast. I don't remember what the name of the place was though. But, my husband grew up here in NC so there may have been some fishing buddies up your way that he went with. I'll have to ask him.

Have a super day!
