Thanks for your inquiry. It's a desktop organizer that is suitable for sorting envelopes, or whatever else you'd like to sort on your desk. I suggest envelopes because the feet (there are four) are underneath it as pictured. I've never seen one like it before. I searched around some and couldn't find another listed in any of the stores. (Of course that doesn't mean they're not still making them!)

Dimensions are 6" x 6" x 6". I just discovered jeweled CD cases fit perfectly inside!
