A summer necessity to keep cool. Filled with a special gel that expands when wet..and stays cool for as long as they are wet down from time to time. Outdoor workers love them.
One on left is expanded and on the right is dried up. Can use them from year to year. Instructions included. I use mine around my neck & hubby uses it around his head. Colors vary.
