It appears to be 7 1/2 inch long and does have links on each end that can be removed to make it smaller. I never did since my job was causing most of my watch bands to break. It can be worn like a bangle bracelet without adjustment I guess. Hope this helps. Plus Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, I was out of town yesterday.

As you can see in the one pic it still had rubbery plastic wrap around the broad silver parts on either side of the dial, removed for the next pic and wrapped back around for shipping and storage till then.
