The Sims 2 Base Game
The Sims 2 University
The Sims 2 Open For Business
The Sims 2 Pets
The Sims 2 Seasons and
The Sims 2 Bon Voyage

These are not the larger stand-alone books but came with a box set and are smaller (I think around 6 inches by 8 inches) They are in pretty good condition, considering I have read them all and had them for years. The box that the box set came with is not included.

how much for shipping to canada?

I'm so sorry, but I can't ship to Canada, it's too expensive with UPS. I don't have a bank account, it's why most of my shipping is free. I use paypal, but I have to request a check from them which takes days. Plus I have no idea how much it costs until I get to the UPS store. I do know it goes by distance and weight. These items are heavy for UPS prices, and will be going an extremely long way, because I live in Southern Alabama. I could quote you a price, but by the time I get the check in the mail from paypal, and get to the UPS store it could be more than I'm willing to pay for shipping, (or you) I won't ship things like this by way of USPS because they won't box them for you. I hope you understand.

Hello I have a question, what exactly do you mean they are not the large stand alone books? Are they the official prima guide that you buy separately or are they the booklets that come with the sims games inside the box. I think I already know the answer, the box set thing just through me off and I'm just looking to clarify before I bid. Side note, thank you for all the hard work you put into your Sims CC. I'm a big fan of your poses.

Oh thanks so much. Yeah these are not instruction books, they are official Prima guides, just think smaller. It was something that came in a box set where you get a lot of tiny paperback books together, the print is A LOT smaller. This link

Should give you an idea of what I mean. This was how the original box set looked. Got it at Best Buy as the box, but lost of few of the books plus the box it came with.

okay that link isn't working, I'm still getting used to this site, not being able to edit posts :-( anyway, just use google images or bing images and type in Sims 2 Prima Guides Box Set, to see what I meant.

Thank you that makes a lot of sense. I'm going to have to think about it, since I don't actually own a functional copy of the sims 2 anymore. I've always been a fan of the guides though, I'm so disappointed they decided not to publish one for Generations. Anyway this is a GREAT DEAL and I will definitely be keeping an eye on it. Thank you for introducing me to this site, glad I kept an eye on your blog. (I always check for new poses). I used your link so as soon as I actually list something and sell it you should get the credit.

Maybe this will get you back into The Sims 2. To me Sims 2 is far superior to Sims 3. Sure you can CAST and have a seamless neighborhood, but the sims look so horrible like gumby pudding, and all of those EA textures and meshes in The Sims 3 are just really, really poor quality, the only good stuff is cc for TS3. Of course, I'm looking at it from the point of view as a creator, but even as a player there is so much more you can do in ts2, like with all the supernaturals, and all the extra perks and things that didn't come in ts3. The Sims 2 base game is much more full of life as a player than The Sims 3 base game. I love to still play The Sims 2, but I grudgingly create for Sims 3 because of traffic coming from mysims3blog to my site. That is really the only reason I still create for 3.

Love the Sims 2! I won Sims 3 on here but still waiting for it to arrive. But I'm sure these would still be helpful if I won them because I couldn't abandon my Sims 2 families when 3 arrive. LoL, Where can I check out your site? and what is cc's and poses?

Poses are custom pose boxes that make your sims stand still and do a pose for a while. Good for picture taking. I mostly made a lot of custom Sims 3 poses, but I have 2 Sims 2 poses.

My site is http://www.theninthwavesims.com. If you don't know about cc it's custom content. There is so much custom content out there. The largest site for custom content is http://www.thesimsresource.com and the second largest site is http://www.modthesims.info. To install custom content into the sims you will need to create a folder in documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 called Downloads (some later EPs have it already created for you) you will place all your custom content there except for sims2packs which you will double click on.

I checkded out your link. Some pretty cool stuff there. My daughter plays on her game with custom content but I do without because I get lost in too many options. I had no clue that there was custom food available tho, the cookies look yummy. =)
