If you wanted to get the 5th box free you would have to purchase boxes 2-4, they are $6 a piece and you can have them sent any where between 1 week up to I believe once a month or once every other month, however if you just want the first free box you dont have to agree to purchase anything, you can choose to stop after your first box, I did it...

after the free box its $6 per box, they bill depending on how often you want to receive them, you can chose to get them as often as every week or all the way up to once every 2 months...
