The listing, Unused 4 Cent Stamped Envelope from 1940's. has ended.

This is an unused stamped envelope. I believe it to be Benjamin Franklin embossed on it, possibly Thomas Jefferson. The 4 cent envelope dates back to the 1940's I believe. The envelope is in good condition with a little bit yellowing from aging. The size is 3 5/8" by 6 1/2".
p.s. A viewer confirmed it is Ben Franklin on the envelope.
