It is new got it at staples. I had two and I believe they both were sealed bit I don't remember I'll check it tomorrow night when I get home and will post it here

I got this a few months ago. Yes I'm positive it's from staples lol I work there and only buy from there since I got it though it has clearenced out. it's not sealed but it is never opened it never had an actual seal on it

I also have an iPod battery backup dock listed ends right after this one but I personally think the case is easier to use since it can be on the iPhone intend on the iPhone plugging into the portable dock

Yes it has a micro USB to 2.0 USB the micro plugs into the case u can charge the case when it's not on your phone or on ur phone I think. Basically u put this case on your phone then when ur phone battery is dying u push a Button on the back of the case and it starts using the backup battery that is in the phone case really awesome product.
