This is an absolutely beautiful tunic. It is a size 3X and has a little tie to nip it in around the bust. Due to this tie, I would recommend it for sizes C-DD.

It's polyester and there's no stretch.

From the shoulders to the hem it is about 35". The sleeves are a little bit above the elbow.
