The fiber is 100% cotton. The only thing is that when I went looking for the little tag with the fiber content, I found that it has an "L" on the fiber content tag. On the neck tag it says XL. Sorry I never looked at the second tag before. I wear an XL and this fits me perfect. I also wear a 40C and 40D (depending on bra) and there is plenty of room. The waist is the smallest part of the shirt and so I layed it flat and measured. Laying flat it was 20 inches across on the front side from seam to seam. The fiber tag says to wash in cold water and dry flat. I did wash in cold water but nothing in my house gets "dried flat" so I have dried it and it dries just like regular cotton.

I noticed this was made in China. I know that a lot of their clothes kind of run on the small size. Is this top pretty much true to size? I am also kind of 'busty', do you think it would fit a 40D? This is just an amazing top and would love to own it! Fanned and watching!

I also wanted to add that the sleeves are open under the armpit. There is matching material there so you are completely covered. It is kind of hard to describe and if anyone would like I can try to take a picture and add it.

I added three photos of the sleeve. Sorry they didn't turn out that great but maybe you can see that the sleeve is open a little and there is material there also.
