Yes. Everything is ship shape! They are lightly used.

I use G diapers and the old school cloth prefolds w/ rubber pants. Are these as simple as G diapers?

I believe so! I never used rubber pants with my child as they were too hot for California (in my opinion). You can use pre-folded diaper cloths with these or you can buy the inserts to go with them. Hope that helps!

My little one is 8 mo. old, 17 lbs and in a size 3 disposable. I think she's about to need size 4. Do these run big?

I just tried it on my child and it fits. She's a size 5 in diapers. So this should fit your child. (Note: my child is big for her age!)
