Mattel Cabbage Patch Kids Fairy doll! She has on a purple outfit and beautiful purple butterfly wings. She has a small purple butterfly on her cheek. She has brown hair with 2 braids and green eyes. There is a small purple butterfly hair clip in her hair that matches her wings in back. Adorable! This doll measures 7-3/4" tall.
