It is stretchy but is sized medium. It is brand-new with tags priced at $25.99, but I did notice one of the little diamonds on the top of the strap is missing, see photo. Nevertheless, this dress is stunning and will turn heads. Perfect for a special night out on the town, going to the club, a party, or just the perfect little black dress for your closet.

It is size medium, but is stretchy and would fit a little bit smaller or bigger size. The length depends on where you tie the halter strap. But when I hold the dress up to me, it falls just above-the-knee and I am 5'4".

The bodice measures 27 1/2 inches from the where the strap joins the dress to the bottom.

Just a friendly fyi...many Listian's don't know how to reply to comments on auctions --If you just add a 'comment' on your auction page, people won't know you are replying to them unless they go to the auction link to look .... on your "My Listia" page, scroll 3/4 down the page and on the left hand side it says "COMMENTS YOU HAVEN'T REPLIED TO" or you can reply under the comment by clicking the *blue* highlighted "reply" on your listing page. If you're using a phone app to answer comments, they don't always show up as a "reply"--only as another comment and they won't know you're answering them.

Bust measurement lying flat equals 14 inches unstretched, Hip measurement equals 17 inches Unstretched. There's not really a waist this dress because the diamond embellishments come right under the bust area. I do also have this same exact dress available in size large.
