I don't know anything about this phone other than I got it in a box of garage sale things. It does turn on & I can move around on the touch screen.

I don't know how you tell. I do know I can move around on the screen & go to the phone book & so on. I know nothing when it comes to this stuff. If you can tell me how I can tell I will sure try.

does it use a sim card do you knowif it is a GSM OR CDMA

It does have a little card in the battery compartment . Where it slips in says USIM . The card has a bunch of no#s on it & says AT&T 3G. The battery has Lithium Ion 3.7 V . So sorry I can't be better help. I am brain dead to this kind of thing.

Now that I'm looking it might be a MicroSD card for playing Music ?? Shows where that card is supose to go & that looks like where this card is.
