Hi, daphne, no problem anytime! While the bulk of the people here are kind, helpful and just all around good people, there will always be a few (like on any site) who try to ruin things for everyone else. This case isn't so bad, its just spamming, but others can be worse (like taking payment for shipping costs and not shipping, etc).

If you should ever run into issues, there are 4 things you can do:
1. In this case, there is a link next to their user name that says Flag Comment (if its someone else auction) OR Hide Comment (if its your auction). Just click hide comment and it will be hidden from everyone's view.

2. Go to their profile page. There are two options here you can do 1 or both
1. On the top to the right of their user name is a link - BLOCK USER. This will
block them from bidding and commenting on your auctions.
&/OR
2. Under their sign up, check ins and auction stats there is a link in the bottom
corner for you to Flag User.

And finally, if you having a real problem (hopefully you never will though) with a buyer, seller or bidder, you can contact Listia for help:
