You are looking a very cute dress by No Boundaries.
It is an XL and is brand new without tags! I never wore it, only tried it on, but it did not look right on me.
It has a light blue denim top which has adjustable straps.
The skirt is black with pink and blue butterflies.
Please see measurements to be sure you are getting the right fit!

Measurements (lying flat, un-stretched, approx.):
Armpit to Armpit- 17"
Armpit to Bottom- 29"
