very pretty, are these actual beads that I would be able to take the bracelet apart and use for another project like a necklace, or are they stones on fixtures made into a bracelet? can't quite tell from the pic, thanks so much!
I don't want to sound rude, but it's probably not Jade. Jade is usuall not paired with Sterling, but Gold. I know a little bit about Fine Jewelry. However, the only way to tell is to take it to a Jeweler. I should have asked before I bid. Would you be able to take it to a Jeweler to find out for sure, They don't charge or anything. I do it when I buy any piece of Jewelry. Even from another Jeweler. Just to get it checked out and make sure it is what I've been told it is.
lol, i agree, it was bought for around $100, so u r still getting a nice bracelet, i am 100% sure it is sterling silver, that is stamped on it, thx for all the bids
Well, after examining this Website carefully, it's not really "Free." You have to earn credits buy listing, and other ways. However, you can also "buy" credits. $5.00 gets 50 credits. If you compare that against the winning bid, in this case, 201 Credits, that equals $20.00.
In the Jewelry Business there are 3-4 times Mark Ups. So a Jewelry item that is sold for a $100.00, was bought by the Jeweler for 10 to $25.00. You can find Wholesale Jewelry in this same price range and avoid the Middleman, i.e., the Jeweler, or whoever, who has Overhead, and other expenses.
I am a Dealer in Jewelry, Antiques, Vintage and Collectible items. I like to keep my prices as low as I can and still make a profit.
However, this is a LOVELY BRACELET, and i would have been happy to win it. But I'm also Happy that someone else will enjoy it.
