I currently use a cover for my macbook pro, green; sturdy; waterproof; non-sticky on the otter layer; almost a velvety texture.

All in all, item is in new condition. No rips, stains, missing "Buttons", or major faults. May have some tiny marks here and there, if ANY. Fully functional and, from what another listen says, is worth over $6.99! Cool!!!

I have almost no knowledge about apple computers. Will this fit the Pro that the county schools distribute? I ask because my daughter begins a magnet academy at a community college here (in lieu of high school) and the Hope Scholarship fund is paying for their Macbooks & they get to keep them so I'm looking for something that will fit & help it last her for a long time. I'm not sure of the size.

Is that the 17"? Becz I just looked it up and they are very very similar! Only one key looked like it may not fit (of course I'm going by the info you provided up against the macbook website and photographs!)****
