Interesting that out of all those Q's&A's. I feel the need to say a few things to enlighten the confusion. The item does not turn on because I assume by what was explained the L.C.D. might be burnt out or broken. There for the individual of the auction wouldnt know what system its operating because the item once again will not display that information on the blank screen. I think I might be close to it..Sorry guys didnt mean to sound like a you know what. My bad.
