The listing, Pinnacle Dazzle DVC 170 Capture Video To PC| SD PVR has ended.

*Only works with windows XP and MAYBE Vista. No available Win 7 drivers for this device.

Has small scratches from use but guaranteed to work. Used to capture video from video source using RCA Component or S-Video cable to PC. Great for gamers new to the YouTube or twitch tv scene. Records in SD but with S-Video cable I was able to get some pretty good quality footage.

I also have a Pinnacle Dazzle DVC100 which does work for windows 7. I might list a complete beginner capture device package for gamers with either splitters and color cables or and Xbox360/PS3/Wii Video cable with S-Video and Hd component cables. Basically everything needed to start recording right away. Also would include Pinnacle Studio Disc with Cd-Key. Message me for more info.

Ah a fellow editor nice. Link me your work bro is love to check it out. And the sniping, Man I wish the sniping was all me. For the CoD clips are from my former teammates and the GoW clips are from my girlfriend and or myself or teammates. Footage captured with this was around my first idk I'm guessing 5-10 maybe more videos if they were myself and or my girlfriend.

I know that there are vista drivers for it. Not 100% sure but I think it depends on if you have vista 32bit or 64bit. You can check for yourself if you google pinnacle dazzle drivers and pinnacle should have a download section with the different models and drivers available for each model. Hope it helps.

Not true, you can download the drivers off the pinnacle site and there's a few 3rd party programs that your able to use to record.

Does it come with the installation disc? Or the av splitters and double sided av cable because without those you can't record your system ganeplay

No I'm sorry it doesn't. All that's included is what's in the image but I do have a dazzle dvc100 which does work for windows 7 and I will include the complete setup which includes installation disc and I might include the splitters and video cables in the package. Also got a universal video cable for xbox360/ps3/wii which has s-video and won't require and video splitter you just plug in the s-video to the cap device and connect the yellow video cable to tv so your playing in SD while recording with S-video which is a whole lot better quality than just regular. Anyways that's a future auction

Dazzle works great! I used it to transfer all my family home movies into digital files. Unfortunately it wasn't compatible with Vista wen I got my new computer. Although they had a driver update for Vista it didn't work on 64 bit operating systems. But if you have a sp I highly suggest this hardware.
