This is a very cute ladies' dress. It is black with an open back and halter neck which ties at the back of the neck.
It has an empire waist with ruching (gathering) under it to the waist (see pictures).
A-line flowing skirt, this fabric is so fabulous, it does not crease.
It is made by White House/Black Market, made in the USA.
92% Polyester & 8% Spandex.

This dress is fabulous. It has been worn a couple of times gently and is in very good used condition.
