Questions & Comments
New Fan as well, You're right this is the autism awareness symbol. I would love to win this! My 8 year old was diagnosed with HFA (high functioning autism) about 2 years ago, I would love to give this to his teacher she is an amazing woman and without her my son wouldn't be where he is! I would love to have it for myself but have to very careful of what type of metals I wear, I have an allergy to metal =( so I don't get to wear all of the cute jewelry!
This product does contain lead, how much I do not know. It does say it on the back of the package. I have 1 more of these to list after this one ends. If you cant wear it, maybe you can turn it into a keychain or something for yourself? Or make a necklace or something and hang it in your car on the mirror?
I'm sorry to hear about your son, but am glad he has a teacher that's helping him. That's awesome. She will love this pendant, it's really cute.
Thanks to be honest though people that don't know him just think he's VERY hyper no one has ever even thought that he was autistic. Its very mild & I'm very thankful for that as I know some people who's children have severe autism and it just breaks my heart. His teacher is AMAZING and I wish I could keep her as his teacher throughout his schooling!!
i'm glad to hear that. There's nothing more depressing than seeing kids with illnesses. It breaks my heart. I'm glad his is mild, i'm sure it makes your job alot easier
