Psychedelic Acrylic Painting done by Mary H Moore, before she was married when she was Mary H Simison in 2003, while she was a Senior in High School at Kapaun Mt. Carmel, in Wichita Ks. The Painting features a silhouette of a mans' face and crazy swirls all around with air brushed detail, and a considerable amount of detail in the design elements.
Mary H Moore is an Artist in Boulder, CO.
She got her Bachelors degree in Printmaking from Wichita State University in Wichita Kansas in the winter of 2003 while she was eight months pregnant with her and her Husbands first child Andy Moore Jr, who is an Artist in his own right at six years old.
Her now ex-Husband is a famous cartoonist, illustrator and thriving comic book artist Andy Moore Sr.
Now she shows her work in Longmont, Niwot, Louisville, Boulder, Aurora, Thornton, Evans, Brighton and Denver.
She was diagnosed with MS in 2010 and now primarily works with oil paints, watercolor, pen and ink illustrations, and digital and film photography, developing the film herself in the bathtub, much to the displeasure of her husband.
This piece was created while listening to Pink Floyd. It was commissioned by a man who never came to pick up the piece so it is signed to him.
