The stone is a jaw-dropping 46.5 Carat (!!!) pear-shaped turquoise Swiss-Blue topaz Cubic Zirconia set in a simple but elegant hand-decorated .925 Silver (stamped) solitaire mounting that accentuates this remarkable and gorgeous stone to perfection.

The enormous (28 mm x 18 mm and 12 mm thick!) stone penetrates through the back of the mounting, which is open, to allow light in. This striking ring features perfectly-cut diamond-shaped facets, which look amazing with this shape of stone. The top of the stone curves down into the bezel mounting, which is encircled by two different sized ropes of .925 silver.
