You can get verified through facebook.. and it will ask you to verify through a couple of different ways.. but you must get Listia verified before you can receive any of your winnings.. also Customer Service. they are very helpful..after you get verified and. when you win a Auction.. when you click on the winning on the item.. it will take you to another screen.. there it will ask you.. do you want it shipped.. answer yes.. then it will take you to another screen.. and it will show your address.. click on the small circle next to your address and it will turn black.. under your address.. it will ask a question.. i'm not sure how it is written. but it just want to know it this is correct.. highlight that circle.. and it takes a few seconds.. and it will show up .. and that is all you have to do.. it will also ask if you want to email .. and click on that and let them know you sent your address.. I sure hope this helps... also you can go down to the bottom of this page and read over the policies.. and also how Listia works.. and this will help you a bunch.. mary

If you have not set up a pay pal account you want to do that also.. if you plan on bidding because if your winning item requires you to pay for a shipping cost.. that is how payments are done.. and you will notice also most of us require this for our protection.. and this is also protection for you.. and your money.. If you list items.. that is how you want to receive your payments.. too.. Also Listia rewards us with badges.. and if you notice.. when you go onto someones listings.. on the left hand side of the listing.. you can look to see how many badges your person has.. I been with them since May.. and I still haven't received all that are available.. But I'm still working to receive ALL.. I Ijust Love this site.. and I'm sure you will too.. I have several listings.. and I bid a lot.. and I've won a some... and I just can't get enough... I'm on here a lot... cause people are always adding new items..
