All you have to do is wet the back and put them up.They are made of pre-pasted , vinyl coated, strippable wallpaper and are easily applied to most smooth surfaces. They are very pretty and have NEVER been used. I only ship within the U.S. No returns, No remorse. All Listia rules apply. I have 7 days to ship, if there is a delay I'll inform you.
