The listing, Vintage Colorful Lace Runner has ended.
Dimensions: 12" wide by 42" long.... Has sort of flower type images that are very colorful (muted pastel) and would look divine anywhere you choose to place it. I love doilies and lace textiles and want to share some of my vast inventory with ya'll. I follow Listia rules to a 'T' and hope you do too. I'll ship to USA only and a GIN bid is available, just ask! FREE shipping. All Listia rules are followed. Please remember to mark your item as 'Got It' and leave feedback promptly. This is a nice piece!! Thanks for checking out my auctions....
Believe it or not, I scour the thrift stores for these... I love textiles and have so many now..... Yard sales are also a good way to get 'a bunch' at a low price....
I have some nice sort of vintage and antique items but they are too heavy to list unless it was a 'Local Pickup' type of deal... So I list my lightweight 'stuff' on Listia...
Come now, 24 hours? I usually call something Vintage at 10-20 years old..... Just my opinion, of course..... Maybe I should google this subject like you did... hmmmm
I have to know the definition of 'antique'. For instance: I have a brass footed cup sized thing with lion head/ring in nose thing that was gramma's. She passed in 1968 so it's at least 46 years old. Stuff like that, not sure I'll part with some of it...But curious....
"Vintage" is all over the map as far as how old it is. I think if you can use it in your home, then get it. If you are trying to resell, then it's still buyer beware for most of the stuff.
