I would like to show her that even though I am a disabled Veteran that I still want to marry her. I know sappy but I really think that this dress would be beautiful on her.

Yeah, I was a 38DD at the time, a little curvier. You can cinch it in, but I just can't full up the top :-(

Yes, I cinched it in with the ties on each side. Added a photo to show that better, I wore 38DD, so works well for well endowed women who are skinny or siliconey ;-)
