First I want to say -> we all have comfort zones when reading and that's okay. Having said that, it is why I wait so long to read it. In my conversations with people. I want to say "three out every one person would ask me if "I " had read the book. ( did I I mention I/we created a book small book club per say to encourage positive outlet for our work team and interactions with patients ...k ) :)

In one of my brief conversations with this "reader"shared the following story line and summarized the book for me:

It the story one she shared: this was a story about a young man who was abused as a child: he started acting up and rebelling. He came in contact with a woman who had a "different lifestyle…" "S&M" she took him under swing And "offered him-> how to better control his emotions.
A few years later he meets a young college student "Anastasia" who has a different lifestyle and…: Is intrigued by her: as the storyline continues they go through different interactions… changes… learning and life changing experiences . -she teaches him get lifestyle… and shows him how to love unconditionally...

I would suggest; if you decide to read it. To speed-read thru the passages if it makes you uncomfortable.
