The listing, Verizon Htc Thunderbolt has ended.

Was working perfectly until yesterday and now it turns on with a white screen . Would be great for parts or to fix. As is. No battery. No charger.

This is a touch screen smartphone with a 8mp camera

Was it dropped before the white screen came on? And have you tried to master reset it?

Don't know how to master reset with a white screen... I don't think it was dropped, but one of my kids could have and not told me.

the white screen means the android OS is gone and needs be backed up and restored

to master reset most brand phones make sure phone is off, place thumb over bottom left touch button (Home Button) and hold the volume up button then press and hold power on button until the master reset menu shows up....
