Hello, this is a Psp Model 3001(Not hacked) . The screen is cracked but it's not that bad. It just needs to be replaced. The UMD driver doesn't read well so that need to be replaced as well( if you do hack it, then you won't need the UMD driver for games). The battery back cover is gone but i will Continue to look for it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you have a GIN offer, ask. (If GIN is used, free shipping). Just PM me.
