Totally gorgeous costume jewelry. I've held onto it for many years but never wore it because it's a bit too tight for my wrist. It's way to beautiful to hide away. I'd love for it to be worn, admired and appreciated. It is truly brilliant.

Are the stones blue in color?

Yes. They are a very light blue. The accents or smaller gems are also light blue but have a translucent look to them. Let me try taking a picture in different light. I'll post it in just a bit.
