I'm not sure, I think it would. The bust measures un-stretched at 32" so if your bust measurement is not smaller than 32" it should work. Thanks

Not Sure, since the stretched measurement in the bust area is 38", it might be a bit tight. You might measure one of your shirts that fits the way you like to see if it is more than the 38". Thanks for your interest.
