The case came with when bought says 925 silver but since It has no markings on the piece its self I can not conclude or garentee that it is sterling silver. Hi :-) im not 100% .sure on the exact size but if I were to have to guess I would say 2 mms it's actually bigger in size than the usual nose ring which is why I love you so much
