I like to be always learning something new, this is right up my Christmas tree alley... I have not bought a christmas tree since 1988 when I came to this country. The fake ones may be fake but they do last longer and have less needles to sweep.... I now make 'trees' out of other things I already have available (a lamp seems to be the favorite one three years in a row now ;)

this book sounds neat! I use to make trees to hang on your door for Christmas out of the other egg cartons that they use to put out but these coming out today I just can,t get them to go right now I use pine cones to make trees fan and watching

Do you have a picture of your egg carton tree? I would love to see it! I can imagine the pinecone trees. I love pine cones. They are wonderful for making crafts. They make wonderful wreaths too.
