This is a re-listed auction. I did have a winner from the previous listing, but then honestly let her know that (at the time) I didn't know if it would work because I only had the car charger portion - and living in NYC had no way of plugging it in. Well, I am in the process of moving and today I found the other part of the charger, making it a wall/car charger - and when I plugged it in IT WORKS! I did a "hard wipe" of all data, so this will be a "like" new phone for you. I don't have a SIM card for it, although it seems like it would accept one. I believe you would have to have a data package with this phone, and it was initially set up with Verizon - if you plan to use another provider, you will need to unlock the phone - I have no idea how to do that.
