but I thought Listia required sellers to include tracking numbers ? not if certain bids were over a certain amount

No it's not required, I won't pay tracking on an item that doesn't cost the amount of tracking unless it is a higher bid.
Tracking is a way to cover yourself if someone says they didn't get it, then you have to refund, I just hope I deal with honest people.

I do provide tracking on most of my auctions except items I don't pay much for. I do provide tracking on all my Jewelry and clothes. So far it has worked out, although I know there are dishonest people out there, but I am not one of them. I have things shipped to me without tracking. I could never say I didn't get something if I did get it. Good Luck if you bid.
