The cover doesn't specify a rating, it just says "This program contains nudity, sexual situations and drug use." It is not an "adult movie/porn", but it does examine the industry. It is a documentary about sexuality throughout history, so not a family movie, but it's probably no more explicit than the content you may find in R-rated movies.
