I know what you mean - I received one with a slight fold in the center because it was just loose in a GIANT envelope with no protection on it at all... I was so upset and shocked they mailed a valuable card in that manner. But you can't see it when it is in the binder so I guess I won't whine too much... But careful packing sure is appreciated!!!
