Seven DIY original org. essential oil recipe cards, 3 1/2"x5" by AuraCasia; (any essential oil works) NOT copies! I use organic oils/ingredients. If calls for water, I use distilled. One recipe uses1/4 cup melted shea butter or coconut oil--I use org. coconut oil as easier to find. Melt in 10 second intervals in a glass measuring cup in the microwave, cool to "warm" but still melted, to stir in the other ingredients. 1 side of card gives recipe; other info on one of the essential oils: plant part used, source or country, the aroma profile (fresh, sweet, + benefits.) Recipes: Brighter Days, orange & peppermint infusion, Calming Herbal skin nourishing cream, Protecting Outdoor Lotion, Purifying Eucalyptus, steam bath, Eucalyptus and Peppermint, chest rub (no petroleum,) Exotic Ylang Ylang, relaxation candle lamp diffusion, & Cooling/Soothing, summertime skin mist. Made up, makes lovely gifts! All Listia rules apply!

If bidding reaches 3000 (to help with postage), I'll add the potpourri sachet pictured filled with organic rose petals, organic mint, rose organic rose and organic lavender essential oils--my lavender is not in bloom--as well as the recipe. Thank you for the information. I too use Terra brand and NOW brand organic essential oils. I was fortunate to get these recipes and my sis gave me hers.

I use organic essential oils for so many things. Some must be mixed with a carrier oil (like organic jojoba oil) as they can be very strong, Don't experiment without instruction and keep all essential oils away from children! They are wonderful if one is careful. Some can repel insects, disinfect, keep a person healthy, help a person relax and/or sleep, etc. But having tried and true recipes or instruction is imperative. The word "natural" has no meaning. It is worth a little extra to get organic. It is used by drops usually. The oil brand in these recipes is available in organic and non-organic forms. I ONLY buy organic. From plant seed to extraction, it is the safer choice in my opinion. Others may or may not be safe. We have no way of knowing. I'd rather be safe than sorry. FYI: only buy Ceylon cinnamon, organic or not!

I use/sell doTERRA essential oils. Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade. I even take them internally. ;)

I say "sell" I don't really sell per say though. I don't push 'em. I do have have link though that can save you 20% if you need it. ;) I just signed to get the discount. lol. I use them daily though. I just signed on with doTERRA as I want to learn how to use essential oils and get a good price. I've never heard of Aura Cacia. Will look them up! =) These recipes sound great.
