There's a new "subscription" box company but it's not a subscription ... it's called Meme Box & it's all that new Korean make-up & beauty stuff that's been so popular lately. U can just go on the site, pick a box that u like & buy it. I've been browsing the site recently (saw it on YT, of course!) & they've got sooooo much to choose from! So many different themed boxes from natural stuff, cosmetics, hair care boxes, skin care boxes, K-Pop boxes, etc ... Some of them are out there! But I'm definitely thinking about buying 1 bc there's no commitment. I know if I were to actually subscribe to a beauty box & God forbid I received one where there was not 1 thing I liked or would use I'd be very upset (probably angry). If I'm paying $100+ for a box to arrive every few weeks I'd better like everything in those boxes!

Absolutely! The Balm is sold in the big Duane Reade's, usually the ones in Manhattan with the 2nd floor that have all the cosmetics. One side is the higher end stuff & the other is the drugstore cosmetics. That's where I get all my The Balm make-up. They even sell the brushes ($23+!!!). In reference to subscription boxes I've been wanting to sign up but I'm not sure bc I know I'll end up signing up to 10 of them! On the other side of that I don't want to be committed to something just in case I need extra cash for my boys school or something. My husband works out of state & the last time he came home & saw all of the cosmetics I've accumulated he lost it! Not happy with me but he has all his collectable stuff so this is my collection! I collect cosmetics :)! LOL! Ooooh if u love Too Faced, my friend Emmyatt85 just put up the Sweet Indulgence palette 2 days ago on here & it is so beautiful ... ♡

OMG!!! I have EVERYTHING from the Balm. Very popular in NYC bc is sold at most of the "higher end" Duane Reade drugstores (which are on every block in NYC) along with Cargo, Pür Minerals, GOSH, POP Cosmetics, Talika, Embryolise (sp?), Stri-Vectin, etc ... This whole month of July I went make-up crazy bc it's the only month I don't have to worry about paying for 2 tuitions, etc ... so I got a lot of stuff for myself & Listia. Just today I received 2 palettes that I had ordered from Sigma (& they came with double ended Sigma brushes!!! I got the Dare & Flare palettes. They're from 2011 but they were $29 each plus as a new customer I had $10 off.) not to mention 100 trips to Sephora plus & a Sephora order that's coming on Monday, Ulta, Beautylish & Beauty.com orders :)! I got the 3 new Too Faced palettes (one of them on Listia), Lorac Pro 2, Coastal Scents, I could go on & on, girl! Not to mention I got the other 3 Glam Glow masks that I didn't have plus a bunch of other stuff that in 3 big cardboard boxes bc I haven't moved it into my beauty organizer yet. I went a little crazy! I'm placing a final order (I hope!) in a little bit & then I gotta start moving everything into the organizers bc it is cray-cray up in here!!!

U are so right about Emilynoel!!! She's the best by far! Xsparkage has been around for sooooo long!!! When she first started her channel she was super young. I found her channel one night bc I was looking for ways to cover up dark under eye circles & she showed the craziest make-up trick that worked like a charm & I've been hooked ever since! Xsparkage is actually in the Too Faced Cat Eyes palette tutorial booklet & when she was pregnant (she had a pregnancy vlog) Urban Decay, Sigma, & a whole bunch of other big cosmetic companies & names sent her baby gifts! She's super popular! She does alot of reviews & tutorials.

I'm going on YouTube now to check her out...since I've been addicted to these makeup videos I've been buying so so so much makeup...lol its ridiculous! Who needs 15 eye shadow palettes! Ummmmmmm I do! I just got into the balm....love love love their products. I have also been trying brow products...picked up benefit brow gel and tarte pencil. It takes practice ....for me anyway....its definitely an art form!

She has 2 channels ... beauty broadcast & her own. Beauty broadcast are shorter reviews on new cosmetics or beauty products & she puts up about 5 a week & her own are longer bc she'll do a tutorial with the new stuff she reviews. Also xsparkage is one of my all time faves! She just had a baby so she's only put out 2 or 3 new vids but she was like the 1st beauty guru I subscribed too.

I saw it on YouTube first (of course bc I'm always watching YT for make-up reviews & tutorials.) & I literally ordered it from Ulta right after. Well, this actually the rule I go by all my 14 years of marriage (still going!)
1. If you're not sure, laugh (worked for those times when you look at your hubby and give him the what-the-hell-were-you thinking ???look, but instead of smacking him, you just laugh
2. Go back to basics! Basics being friendship,trust and love!
3. Laugh some more. :)
4. Choose your battles carefully, not all can be won and if youre the type of person that needs to win all the time.→ let them think they won! Lol
