The listing, New off shoulder dress has ended.

This is still new has never been worn and still has tag. It is a size medium and clings to the body. I bought it at a boutique and don't like the way it fits me and because I bought it out of town I didn't make it back to exchange it. It is off the shoulder on oe side and the side that does go on the shoulder has a slit in it.
