Im kinda confused on the shipping I have thing I would like to to put up for auction. ... But the shipping is a little confusing. Do I go to the post office to get prices to ship or what do I do? How would I know how much would I have to pay to ship to winner?

It depends on if you ship with tracking or not The shipping selections are Free where you pay the entire mailing cost / Exact cost where the winner pays the exact cost of mailing before item is mailed or / flat fee where you enter the mailing cost to be paid before the item is mailed. If you look on the listing rules it has guidelines for charging mailing costs and the limits you are allowed to charge.
