You spend a few hours preparing ALL the recipes at once...put it in freezer bags (uncooked)...I put 4 servings in a gallon size bag and made 23 dinners from these 6 recipes!
Thaw overnight in the fridge and toss in crock pot the next morning and viola...dinner is made in 4 to 8 hours!
