Well, I don't know you nor have I had any transactions w/ you and THAT (as I have LEARNED) is the ONLY reason for fanning. Fanning someone just to gain numbers is not the purpose nor proper USE of the action. I did the same thing when I was new until someone informed me of the MEANING/ PURPOSE of fanning . Bibs are not waterproof.
