Also has 2 inches of red ribbon with sequins and red beads on the bottom of the dress (hemline) It is a tie back . Has 3 white buttons on the back This dress was only worn on Christmas and is particularly new. It has no tears or stains. Has been dried cleaned and is ready to wear.
