Good question!... Unfortunately it doesn't label it on the package. I use one for my dog who weighs 15 pounds, and it fits him just right. I would say this would fit the dog between 12 to 18 pounds, depending on the breed.

I apologize for my earlier answer, this was NOT the same size I used on my dog. The picture shows a Boxer and it's correct.
