Antique rare Vietnam coin. Issued to navy members after deployment. Very rare, heavy coin.

Actually what you have there is a challenge coin, and was not issued they where and still are sold at the PX (military version of a wal mart but 100 times bettet) on military bases. You can get them for any war and many different styles. Its a very nice coin tho, they all are and a great gift for any vet.

Oh its all gravy he probably did get it when he was in at some point. I just wanted you to know what it was I was in the service and saw alot of coins of all types. But like I said before its still an awesome coin. I am sure it will make someone happy:-)
